The Amplify Digital Boost programme is dedicated to providing digital business growth support.

The programme can help your business transform and grow through the use of digital technology and E-commerce leading towards enhanced customer engagement and increased sales.

To access support through the programme your business must be:

• Based within the Mid and East Antrim Borough council area
  • Trading for more than 6 months
  • Have less than 50 employees
  • Unable to access existing business support

As part of the programme, you will benefit from mentoring in the areas of:
• Selling through established platforms e.g. Ebay, Amazon Marketplace.
• Social Media for business
• Using video to showcase your products and services
• Monitoring digital market success
• Basic web design and enhancement
• Developing an e-commerce strategy
• Selling through your business website
• Online advertising strategies
• Maximising customer engagement/interaction with your website/social media
• Implementing basic CRM tools/strategies
• Using data analytics to drive sales and inform product and service development
